DAY ONE - ENERGY GENERATION: SECURITY, SUSTAINABILITY AND INVESTMENT. The energy sector is facing the triple challenge of an impending energy gap, a critical need to reduce carbon emissions and the credit crunch. At this worrying time, it is imperative that the Government, the regulator and energy companies work together to find achievable solutions to these pressing issues. DAY TWO - ENERGY SUPPLY: PROFITABILITY, EFFICIENCY AND AFFORDABILITY. Volatility in wholesale prices and the economic downturn mean that it is increasingly challenging for energy supply companies to ensure ongoing profitability. As competition in the supply market intensifies, companies must ensure strong customer focus. Now is the time to embrace technology to ensure excellent service whilst driving energy efficiency measures and working to combat fuel poverty. Booking details

External event: The Microgeneration Certification Scheme Made Easy
This one day course aims to assist installers with the MCS Certification process and will help delegates implement an MCS-QMS in their own business. Delegates will be supplied with their own Company MCS Quality Manual and the day will cover the 19 steps required within MCS001. Although MCS Made Easy does not guarantee passing an MCS accreditation process, it should very significantly reduce the time you require to obtain MCS and also minimise the number of non-conformances your company receives from your Certification Body. In this way, the course should act as very significant value for money. We also hope that by working to MCS quality procedures, your company further raises its own quality systems and so gains a competitive advantage. Booking details
